This position is responsible for ensuring the presentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and preparation of all areas of the Spa meets the required standards. To assist in the effective opening and closing procedures by preparing the spa area is ready to receive guests at all times. To support and assist other team members with various tasks to ensure a seamless guest journey for each and every spa guest.
Requisitos
- Must have 2 years experience and minimum age is 21 years old
- Customer focus Able to work flexibly to suit the hours & needs of the business.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Able to effectively support, interact with and develop a team to optimum efficiency.
- Financial and numerical aptitude to achieve and drive for results.
- Creativity, drive and initiative!
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a dynamic pressurised environment and translate opportunities into action plans.
